Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use MorseForge. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
Direct QSO and User Conduct
Direct QSO lets eligible accepted friends exchange user-generated Morse messages. You may not send harassment, threats, sexual exploitation content, hate, spam, scams, illegal content, or another person's private information. Do not attempt to evade safety controls, rate limits, blocks, reports, or subscription access.
MorseForge may automatically screen messages, reject delivery, preserve reported content for review, restrict messaging, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms or protect users. Use the in-app block and report tools for unwanted content and contact contact@morseforge.com for support.
You retain ownership of messages and reports you submit. You grant MorseForge the limited permission needed to transmit, store, moderate, investigate, and remove that content to operate Direct QSO and enforce these terms.
Synced Notes and On-Device Models
Scratchpad sync is provided for personal learning and practice notes. Do not store unlawful content or information you are not authorized to possess. Handwriting recognition depends on a model downloaded to your device; availability and results may vary by language, device, and network state, and ink-only mode remains available.
Accounts and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.
License and Acceptable Use
- MorseForge grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Do not use MorseForge for unlawful or harmful activities.
Subscriptions and Payments
Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment processing and refunds are handled by the app store. Manage subscriptions through your store account settings. Subscription features may require periodic entitlement verification. If free trials are offered, terms will be disclosed at sign-up.
Content and Intellectual Property
MorseForge content, branding, and code are owned by MorseForge and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute our content without permission.
Termination
You may stop using MorseForge at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required to protect the service.
Disclaimers
MorseForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MorseForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits resulting from your use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of MorseForge means you accept the updated terms.
